  • This is a 20 minute phone call where we will discuss why you are seeking therapy and answer any questions you may have.  We will get to know one another and decide if we are a good fit. If so, your first appointment will be scheduled. 

  • We will meet for online therapy either weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs and availability. This will be a safe space where you will do the deep work, enhance self-attunement, gain the tools to get through your struggles, and discover ways to move forward.
